Inspiring Words

My posts are based on what I have experienced, tried, thought about, and dug deeply into in order to bring you my most authentic content.

-The Mind section includes topics such as meditation, mental health, and helpful techniques for common issues (stress, anxiety, depression), and reviews on mindfulness practices.

-The Body section includes topics such as vegan recipes, yoga postures and practices, and overall physical health.

-The Life section includes topics such as self-development, personal journey reflections, DIY projects, and anything interesting I find via articles, books, podcasts, etc.

-The Poetry section includes my personal spoken word poetry that I use to express my journey through the darkness and the light. The moments of agony and the moments of presence, joy, and pure stillness. My work is my own catharsis but my hope is that it inspires, motivates, consoles, moves, and grounds you in times of need…because you’re never alone. ♥
